If you choose to explore a complimentary trial and decide to continue using our service or product after the trial period (which is a minimum of 1 calendar day), your credit card will be charged the specified amount indicated during the trial. Please note that no refunds will be processed after this point.

If you’re enrolled in our Automatic Recurring Billing (ARB) system with monthly charges, your credit card will be automatically debited on the anniversary of your initial registration date. This recurring billing will persist unless you choose to cancel your subscription at least one (1) day before the upcoming billing cycle.

Regrettably, for services under an annual subscription, we cannot offer refunds after the initial registration.

To guarantee uninterrupted access to our services, it is crucial for all customers to keep their payment information current. This involves promptly updating credit card details and expiration dates as needed. Neglecting to do so may lead to the suspension of account services without prior notice.
